What we do
Ceramic, porcelain and stone, set out from centre lines so the cuts land where nobody looks. Substrate checked and levelled first — most tiling that fails, failed underneath.
Strip out to handover, one team throughout. First fix, tiling, second fix, and the making good that usually gets left to somebody else.
Tanked and formed to fall properly. A wet room that leaks is a ceiling downstairs, so this is the one job where the invisible work matters most.
Herringbone, metro, sheet mosaic and inlaid borders. Slow, careful setting out — the reason it costs more is the hours before the first tile goes on.
Our work
These are drawings, not photographs. The firm has no photography online yet, and stock tile photos are the clearest sign to a customer that a trade has no work of its own to show. Their own job photos would fill these frames.
How it works
We come and measure, check the substrate and the pipework, and tell you what the room actually needs. If tiling over what is there would be a mistake, you hear it then rather than later.
FreeItemised: tiles, adhesive and grout, labour, waste removal. One number, and it does not move unless you change what you asked for.
Within 48 hoursDust sheets down, water off only when it has to be, and the room cleaned at the end of each day. You get a start date and we keep it.
Per the quoteGrout and silicone settle in the first month. We come back and check it, re-point anything that has moved, and leave you spare tiles from the same batch.

What people say
★★★★★“Set the tiles out so the cuts ended up behind the door rather than down the middle of the wall. Small thing, but it is the difference between a tiled room and a nice one.”
★★★★★“Tanked the whole thing and showed us the membrane before it went under the tiles. Six months on there is not a mark on the ceiling below.”
★★★★★“Quoted a fixed price, turned up on the day, and cleaned up better than they found it. Would have them back.”
Written for this example — nobody said these things. On a real site this block carries your own reviews, quoted from your Google profile with the customer's first name and the job. That is one of the four things a buyer checks before they call, so it is worth getting the real ones in.
Questions
A like-for-like refit is usually about two weeks on site. Moving the layout adds a week, and natural stone or a formed wet room adds another one or two. The quote gives you a date range rather than a single day, because the honest answer depends on what is behind the wall.
Yes, and plenty of people do. We will tell you how much to order — allow ten per cent over the measured area for cuts and breakages, more for herringbone or a patterned layout. If we supply them you get the trade price and one point of responsibility if a batch is wrong.
Tanking is a waterproof membrane applied to the walls and floor before tiling. Tiles and grout are not waterproof on their own. A standard bathroom needs it in the shower area; a wet room needs the whole room done and formed to fall towards the drain. It is the part of the job you never see and the part that stops a leak reaching the ceiling below.
We leave you spare tiles from the same batch, which matters because dye lots change between production runs. Workmanship is guaranteed — the exact period and what it covers is set out in the quote.
Sometimes, but not usually. It works if the existing tiles are sound, flat and well bonded, and it saves a day of stripping out. It fails if there is any movement underneath, and then you have paid twice. We check and tell you which situation you are in.
